Condensate polishing purpose:

1. To remove metal corrosion products

2. To remove trace dissolved salts in condensate water

3. To remove suspended solids

Condensate polishing effect:

1. Unit normal operation, to remove trace dissolved salts in the system, improve the quality of condensation water, ensure good water quality and steam quality.

2. When the cooling water leaks, to remove the dissolved salts and suspended solids, to gain time for shutdown unit according to normal procedure.

3. When the unit starts remove copper, iron corrosion products in condensation water, to shorten start-up time.
